STEP 1

I devise my education plan

If you wish to study a foundation programme, you will have to be issued a long-stay student visa.

In order to obtain it, you will have to submit an application file with the competent authorities in your country of origin. If said country has the CEF procedure, you will have to justify your higher education project with Campus France, which requires having a clear education plan. You will have to provide an ISPA pre-registration certificate, and another pre-registration certificate from your future graduate/post-graduate education establishment if the certificates it delivers do not fall within the standard nomenclature of academic degrees. Note that we can help you pre-apply for the following partner-establishments :

If you are interested in some other establishment, let us know !

WARNING ! Do not forget to specify it on your application form during step #2.

Admissions will only be possible after one year of preparatory training at ISPA.

STEP 2

I APPLY FOR ISPA

Prerequisites for eligibility :

To be eligible for ISPA in a foundation year, you must have a high school diploma, IGCSE or some other title equivalent to the baccalauréat.

Admission procedure

  • I create an account and activate it through a valid e-mail address
  • I pay a 1000€ deposit via PayPal

Warning : as per general terms, the part of that deposit that covers registration fees (100€) is non-refundable, even if I do not obtain my visa to go to France.

  • I read and accept the general terms of registration available on the platform.
Warning : applying and signing up for one of ISPA's programmes implies you accept those general terms.
  • I fill in the online form and add the requested documents :
    • Scanned copy of my passport
    • Scanned copies of my diplomas and academic transcripts (including high school diploma)
    • Scanned copy of my TCF/DELF certificate issued within the last two years

Based on my profile, ISPA's admission commission will determine whether I possess the required skills and motivation to join the selected programme.

STEP 3

I PRE-REGISTER FOR ISPA

  • After examining my application, ISPA sends me a curriculum proposal by e-mail. If that proposal suits my wishes, I confirm my pre-registration by replying to that e-mail.
  • ISPA sends me my pre-registration certificate, my accommodation certificate if I have chosen to use its lodging service, and my invoice.
  • For a duration of 6 months, I am granted free access to the online training unit "Savoir France"which allows me to prepare myself at my own pace before going to France.

STEP 4

I SUBMIT MY VISA APPLICATION

  • Once I have received the documents, I file a visa application with the competent authorities in my country.
  • ISPA pledges to confirm my pre-registration with said authorities. Should difficulties arise, ISPA can contact them in order to learn more about the issue.
  • Upon reception of the reply to my visa application, I contact ISPA to inform them of the outcome.

Warning : ISPA cannot be held responsible for any difficulties you may have obtaining a long-stay visa or a stay permit using a registration or pre-registration certificate for one of its curriculums.

STEP 5

MY ARRIVAL IN AMIENS

  • Once I have been issued my visa, I organize my journey to Amiens in collaboration with the ISPA team.
  • If I have opted for ISPA's airport pickup feature, I inform ISPA of my date and time of arrival in France.
  • If I have opted for ISPA's accommodation feature, a date, a time and a place of meeting will be given to me by e-mail for me to move in.
  • In all cases, ISPA books me an appointment in order to carry out my administrative registration into the school.

Warning : I must be present at the time and date set for my registration. If that date or time are inconvenient to me, I should inform ISPA at least one week before the date initially set for the appointment.

  • On the day of the appointment, I bring all requested documents along with a colour photograph of my face.
  • Upon arrival at ISPA , I pay the remnant of the tuition fee. On the day of my administrative registration, that payment may be made either by cheque or in cash.

Warning : as per general terms of registration, payment of the tuition fee is final and non refundable.

  • After my payment has been cleared, ISPA hands me my student card, certificate of school attendance, along with the Welcome Pack containing all relevant documents I may need to begin my new life in Amiens. I am officially a fully-registered ISPA student, and ready to start the year !
