
Saint-Martin Hospitality & Catering School offers curriculums in hotel and restaurant work.
The school aims at allowing its future graduates to be quickly operational as they reach the job market by bringing them to a training level that is compatible with the professional requirements of the hotel & catering business and making sure they master the material used in that field of work.
Within the rigorous academic framework, the students enjoy regular support thanks to an explicit monitoring system and a competent team of teachers and instructors. They progress within an environment thatpromotes openness and responsibility. Among other things, the students participate every year in various competitions (Vaudard Trophy, Amiens Chocolate Fair, business creation project competition…) and numerous activities (local produce market, Operation Galettes, discovery of theRungis market…). They are put directly into professional situations through the school's training restaurant, which receives customers everyday.
Saint-Martin Hospitality & Catering School and ISPA have been partners in recruiting and training students since September 2015.
